I just want to say that I just moved in and Christian Hunt made that process so easy. I fell in love with the community and the apartment. Thank you for making such an impact on a smooth and easy move in!!!

Great first time experience meeting Christian Hunt and applying for a unit. Christian waited for us to get there from Ocala. He took care of us impeccably, and communicated clearly the application process. He had several other applicants in the office yet he treated us all equally with kindness, professionalism and etiquette. The apartment units were beautiful. The building premises were kept. I read other reviews here saying the buildings were falling apart, we didn't see that and we drove around the complex looking for the leasing office. We've contacted other apartment complexes and unfortunately, we've gotten voicemails, unreturned phone calls, rudeness mixed in with entitlement attitudes. That was not our experience here. So looking forward to moving in! Thank you Christian Hunt for being professional and considerate.

I had such a wonderful experience! The leasing agents (Shandra and Christian) worked very hard to get us in very quick. I had pre-planned the date and things just weren't lining up, but they went over and beyond to make it happen with very little notice. I am so appreciative of the work and effort they put in

I had the pleasure of working with Chris to help find a friend and I an apartment here at milobayside. He made the experience really easy, answered all our questions and concerns and made adjustments to fit our needs. Weve been here for ab a month now and have no complaints. Chris, the management team, maintenance crew etc, have all been very helpful! if youre looking for an apartment definitely consider milobayside! Again thank you Chris!
