I have thoroughly enjoyed living here as the rent that I have paid was equal to the quality of the apartment and community. The leasing and maintenance staff do a great job all around. However, after receiving a lease renewal letter stating that my rent would be increasing by $400 a month, I have decided to leave the community. Thankfully I have found a wonderful home elsewhere, but I feel sorry for those people who have not, and will be burdened with such high rent increases. This is a cute little place and community but certainly not a luxury apartment complex by any means. You will not receive the quality you would expect from the rent you will be paying. Future renters beware. ******FOLLOW UP SINCE MOVING OUT**** My rent increase went from $990 a month to $1390 a month. It doesn't matter what the claim is, that is too high of an increase. It's a $990 a month apartment quality all day. And we have a different definition of the word "fair". That is not a "fair" increase in mine or anyone elses opinion that I speak to. Also, if I can post my video of the condition of the apartment on exit, and rug condition, I would suffice it to say that anyone who watches it would agree I should receive my entire security deposit. The rug was spotless. I received half of it back I make no "threats" to make a bad review. I state facts that lead to a bad review. I am happily moved into my own home, not renting anymore, and couldn't be happier. I just wish I could have received fair treatment upon exit.
