        I've been living here for years and I must say I'm glad that they have Nikki has are property manager she always respond quickly she's very respectful and professional. And the older gentleman mr. Tony I like that he's very helpful he gets stuff done he's very polite and professional and the secretary from the office I forgot her name is the lady with glasses when you come in the office she's so nice and professionals.

        The customer service reps were RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! They were to busy trying to sell something involving a walmart gift card to answer any questions!! When I declined the offer and asked about the apartment availability the ca rep hung up!!!

        Absolute worst place to live. Supposed to be low in come but we ended up paying $950 a month. Horrible neighbors. Constant police presence. Grossly incompetent management that teeters from neglectful and lazy to forceful. Cant keep a manager for more than a month. Really bad roach problem. Rat problem as well. AC always breaks and they refuse to fix the actual problem. As a matter of fact, EVERYTHING breaks. They work hand in hand with a towing company that will tow you from your own apartment. We had them tow us for slightly being parked on a line. $170 down the drain, with a car seat for our baby and many valuables in it. Do not move here. You will regret it within a week and have to grit your teeth for the remainder of your lease. Stay away from Ashley place.

      We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy during your 3 year stay with us. Our rents are very affordable considering that market rate for a 2/1 in St Pete is well above $950.00, the starting rate we have found outside of what we offer is $1450 per month. We were informed of your complaint about the towing company and it was investigated at the time and they reported they would not tow a vehicle for that reason. You had refused pest control services and we have no knowledge of either of those issues. We cannot assist with something if we are unaware.
