I moved into Bridgewater Luxury Apartments one month ago. They are not Luxury at all!! When I moved into my apartment there was nothing in move-in condition! Fixtures were missing off of the bath tub and shower, hall closet is totally off and lying up against the wall, no blinds in the bedrooms, stove is rusted and falling apart, smoke detectors are missing from the ceiling, no handles or knobs on cabinets and drawers.... Toilet tank cracked 2 weeks ago and maintenance came to check and said they would be back.... still not fixed and still leaking water on the floor.......A brand new dishwasher was installed and won't even turn on, have not even been able to use it. Ceiling fans are nasty and dirty, patio was left with trash and old paint buckets..... maintenance tickets have been put in but nothing is fixed yet and no one answers when you call the office.....ever!! But the property is beautiful on the outside!!

I moved in a month ago after Management postponing my move-in date twice. My unit is still not "move-in" ready! My main toilet has been cracked and leaking for 2 weeks with only a quick visit to say they are checking on it and will be back - in the meantime still leaking on floor everyday! Brand new dishwasher with tags still on it - won't even turn on! The stove is rusted and falling apart, even the hood range is broken and rusty! No blinds in bedrooms! No handles or knobs on any cabinets or drawers, which most are in bad shape! Closet door in hall is broken and just lying against wall! Missing smoke detector with wires hanging from ceiling! (The other one is still covered with tape from painting!) I had to purchase my own shower fixture in order to take a shower - it was totally missing! Maintenance had left paint buckets with trash and debris on patio that I had to clean up myself! There was no hot water - now I cannot get cold water in one of the bathtubs because the handle is broken! I have sent in maintenance requests --- filled out my checklist with all issues ----- NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED--------YOU CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE BECAUSE NOONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!

Looking forward to possibly renting from them. I did give them a call this morning which it was no answer but they did return my call within a timely manner which I appreciated that. They were friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.

Wow what a failure property! Wow! Disgusting units and horrible customer service. Met with the HOA manager he was amazing and respectfulnow the woman working there not so much. Very rude. ,Seems like management doesnt care for the property.
