My AC wasn't working and I after receiving an extremely high quote from another AC Co, New Life gave me a quote for a fraction of what the first company was going to charge me. JR was was professional and honest. I would call them in a second for any appliance or AC needs!!

We used New Life  at the recommendation of a neighbor.  Well that was $5k down the drain.  Avoid at ALL costs. Would give no stars if possible.  Had another  AC company come in when our issues persisted and were told and I quite. "If I touch this we own the problems, I have been with the company for 20 years and I would wager they would fire me for taking on the risk."  That said all I needed to hear.   The new AC company has been most helpful repairing all the issues we had and the ones New Life left us with.   Horrible experience.

We used New Life because the former home owner used them. HUGE mistake and waste of money. 2 years later and our "new AC system" is just as bad as the one we replaced. Had another company come in to see what could be done. They said we had gotten a bad deal and it needs to be replaced again because the work done can't solve the issues we have. Strongly recommend not using this company after thousands wasted.
