Paychex

I keep trying to sign up for a new account keeps telling me that webpage is unavailable or that I need to put in three different zip codes when I've only lived in two different states. This app is very unhelpful would not recommend to anybody. Oh don't even get me started I tried to call thew office before it close no answer or no call back.

They can not take the payroll out of correct account after a month of trying to get corrected Charging payroll to wrong location and wrong bank Sad

Legitimately the worst. Do NOT work with this company. They didnt file my cancellation with my Liberty Mutual account, leading me to have 19k debited from my account for an audit that shouldnt have happened. (Trying to get this sorted out, apparently also last year it was their fault as well) They are currently forcing us to file our ERC directly through them, at extortion rates. 30+%, and will not release the required documentation to a regular company thats not absolutely trash. It will be in contact with my lawyer to see if this rate and being forced into working with a company I want nothing to do with is even legal. STAY AWAY.

I can echo every single complaint that everyone else on here has given. Been dealing with Paychex now with 2 different companies over a span of 10 years and they are hands down AWFUL! Change your name to Pass the Buck because that's all you do. I ask for a manager's help, he copies in my payroll specialist "says she can handle it..." why do you think I asked for a manager to begin with??? Cause she's not handling it! Send an email to them on a Monday, no reply by near cob Thursday... but send an email asking if the email was seen?? and get an instant reply. Too bad all you did was pass the buck... just don't reply next time, it would have been equally as effective. Forget about calling anyone's extension... they are either never working or always on a call... leave a message, get a call back in a few days at best if at all. Send an email and ask them to call you? Lol, they email you back asking what the issue is. They will change your payroll specialist without any heads up, the only reason you even know you have a new one is by logging in and seeing the new name on your admin dashboard. Steer clear.
