        Hani has to be some kinda slow. After acting like a 3 year old child and insulting me. Refusing to call Metro to fix his Mistake that he made when starting my service, he had to have another Metro worker leave there store to come help him. The other guy was smart and had patience and called Metro and fixed the issue. After two hours of sitting there with Hani .. he went as far to make a comment on my marriage and how he felt sorry for my husband... During RAMADAN at that! Worse service ever. I let my husband know and he will be coming to speak to him . Please train this man on Basic common sense.

        I tried to get my screen recalibrated because I dropped my cell phone and the screen cracked so they gave me s referral and told me to go through my cell phone insurance . Not impressed.
