AT&T Store

Their prepaid phones are too expensive, they made me go to walmart for one, and another time come back a few times to activate a new unlocked phone, and this year, it turns out theyre "temporarily closed" so i wont be able to get my phone changed to another service provider, ive entirely given up with at&trash Nothing but problems here

Julianna was amazing and super helpful!!! She helped in reviewing my current plan to see what option what was the best plan moving forward for my family. I tried several other times in the past at other AT&T store locations and wasn't successful. I was so happy and relieved she assisted me and because of her I'm still with AT&T as I considering switching providers.

Julie is great AT&T Service Representative and knows the products and her job - she is very friendly and makes all customers feel welcome. Completed upgrade to iPhone very quickly all settings - photos - contacts saved to new phone

I upgraded 2 phones and these people thought I was dumb. I am a former At&t employee and was told that At&t now automatically adds insurance and the $5 monthly next upgrade to every new line and upgrade and I can cancel it in two months by calling in (Long enough for him to get commission for the add ons) . I told the employee that was a lie. He then removed the insurance and said he could not remove the next upgrade that I would have to call in. I just got off of the phone with At&t customer service and they said that the employee misinformed me. So if you are planning on going to this location, don't unless you like being lied to. This is such a shame, now i'm out money so the sales rep can make $5-$10 in commission.
