I switched from metro being told they use all verizons towers and had such great service but was a total lie, they operate off tracphone which I had when I was homeless!!! So we wasted money here and then literally before we even paid our first bill had to go back to Metro which is indeed much better than it used to be, my wife accidentally cracked her screen and we were simply going to switch out the phones because we had the exact same phone, and even after trying that we realized we couldn't so we were going to buy a phone, and he said we had to pay for the service again! Even though we already had their service we had to pay again not just for the phone but for a whole month Service as well that is insane never heard of anything like that and we could never get signal my signal was already stuck at one bar and it said the 5G phone but it stayed at 4G Non-Stop!! Do not go here!!
