        Looked at several condos for sale. Not to many variations but decent sizes. Some buildings nicer than others. Lots of amenities but some further away then others. HOAs are average to hi.

        Each building has its own HOA and Board. 80 year old people making decisions no business experience; just accept what sales people tell them. Residents painting common area picnic tables red, white and blue. Leaving broken down furniture laying around. Where is the property manager?
