Had a great experience with the manager Tom! He was very patient and kind while helping my parents set up multiple accounts. I highly recommended this credit union and am thinking about opening my own account with them.

Terrible experience. I never write reviews and I'm taking the time to warn people that although the people are nice at Suncoast, their technology on the app, website and all of their communications with their customers are completely inadequate. I requested that they send me my statements numerous times, I had to request for them to mail and/or email my statements and they could never accomplish this extremely simple task. I have not received statements from them in months and I've called to verify they have my correct information multiple times as well. Taking care of simple tasks on their website is incredibly difficult because nothing is easy to find and the app has little to no functionality. Working with them is more of a pain than it's worth, stick with a larger bank that can afford to invest in technology.
