Watts Tube Audio

Buyer beware! I purchased an amp kit from Ken over a month ago. Have sent him several emails and a Facebook message all of which he never replies to. If and thats a big if, I ever actually receive my order I will definitely NOT be buying from Watts Tube Audio again. Will use either Tube Depot or Mojotone seeing as they get me my supplies in a timely manner (ie, less than a month and a half).

Bad customer service. Be warned! I ordered a turret board for my Super Reverb build and Ken sent me one with the turrets installed on the wrong side of the board. That's not what I am upset about. He emailed back saying he'll get another one out to me... well it's been well over a week, still no replacement turret board, doesn't answer emails or pick up the phone. There isn't a notice on his website that he's out of town or an emergency has happened - that's totally understandable but alas, NOTHING. I am not sure I'll hear from him but please be aware. I hope Ken reads this so he will treat his other customers better. I sincerely hope this expereince doesn't happen to anyone else!
