        Parker was especially amazing, on call nonstop, going above and beyond to ensure the best healthcare was being given to my husband over the past couple of weeks. Thank you so much for being apart of our care team!!!

        the service from a secretary who speaks Spanish and it's terrible, she does very poorly in my opinion, she's not good at serving customers, he shouted at me and wasn't patient because she didn't listen to her on the phone, well I really don't recommend it

        Update 02/24/24 - Sure enough, I have now received a bill in my email and a sketchy phone call from their office yesterday at 7:44pm on a Friday when their office hours end at 4:45pm with no voicemail about what the call was for. Every time I call, there is a different voicemail & no one answers - even during office hours. If this continues, I will be opening a case with the Better Business Bureau because I have never been to PHC of Pinellas & I have my entire medical record history to prove that. No idea how they got my information & clearly, their generic response below that doesnt even contain my name - is not real. Scam? I have NEVER visited PHC of Pinellas in the years I lived in St. Pete, but received an email from their billing department that I've been signed up for their online patient portal with a link to login. I also no longer reside in St. Pete, so I have not had any recent visits to this clinic? I called the number on the email which directed me to billing. I don't know how or why they have my information. This is very suspicious.

        Going into the hospital is never easy but when you have such an awesome, incredible, hard-working staff they make it easier! J.B. Parker (Project Manager) has been nothing but exceptional! From checking on me while I was there for my stay, to keeping in touch after my visit to make sure I stay on top of my health and my current medical situation. Its not just a job for him. Hes a genuine caring person. Im so grateful to have gone to such a wonderful hospital with nothing but the best care! Dr. Brink was also beyond terrific! It was actually bittersweet leaving because of all the outstanding individuals Ive met along the way! Thank you all, for making me feel at home during one of the most difficult times of my life. I highly recommend this hospital!!!! A few other thank yous to RN Andrea RN Breanna RN Shane PCT Tina Mark, and Will, you all truly made an impact!!!! Thank you
