Dwayne was incredibly helpful, my current homeowners insurance sent me a bill for $18,000 dollars for my homeowners policy after quoting me $5800.00. I thought we would have to sell our house and move out of Florida, but Dwayne in a couple of days found us a policy on Citizens for less than $4000 dollars, and even took care of the cancellation of my current policy! We called a few weeks ago to get a quote. The lady took all the info and advised she would get back to us in a day or two. We called knowing that our insurance company would likely being going (and NOW is) in a supervised run off. Im in the industry so I keep an eye on the insurance journal etc.. we wanted to get a head start and find a policy to replace ours. Ive followed up a few times via phone and email with no response. Very unprofessional. They came recommended by a friend but I did not have the same experience they did. I guess Ill find somewhere else that wants my business & to recommend to my friends and colleagues who have the same carrier as me.
