Tru by Hilton St. Petersburg Downtown Central Ave

The hotel is very nice & we enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, the mattresses are SO HARD! For it being such a nice hotel I was very surprised at the poor quality of the mattresses. It was so uncomfortable and I did not get good sleep because of it.

TRU BY Hilton is located in a perfect spot with lots of great restaurants walking distance. The room was clean, and had a nice big window looking at central St. Pete. The breakfast space and longe area is nicely furnished with joyful colors and entering games for families. Our favorite spot was a shallow pool with swinging chares above it. Walkability: Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops galleries, and museums. If you like to walk a lot, it was a pleasant walk to the pier.

Nearby activities: Imagine glass museum is a must-see! Walkability: Several nearby eateries, shops, attractions, and a timely, courteous, comfortable shuttle available for longer trips! Food & drinks: Breakfast choices were good, but at times staff were slow to restock popular items.
