        I contacted the office of David Vargas to see what options were available to me for homeowners insurance. I had the pleasure of working with Tanya Rodriguez. Tanya was extremely helpful throughout the entire process - I changed providers in the middle of the current policy. She was very informative and patient, always making sure to answer/address all my questions and concerns. Tanya also knew exactly what was needed and provided sound timeframes, which is impressive when dealing with two insurance companies and the mortgage company! She was an all around pro and made the transition nice and seamless. Thank you, Tanya!!

        Alvaro's exceptional service and expertise truly made a difference in turning our dreams into reality. Alvaro went above and beyond to secure insurance for our new-to-us 1973 Willard trawler. Despite the reluctance of other insurance companies to insure a boat of that vintage, Alvaro was able to make the process smooth and seamless. Being Canadians, navigating the purchasing of insurance in the US for the first time was a challenge in itself. Alvaro patiently walked us through each step, addressing our concerns with professionalism and clarity, ultimately providing us with peace of mind.
