        If I could award zero points I would. Almost 9 months and no settlement of our damage claim from Ian. I realize at the beginning they were overwhelmed but there was no communication until at least 3 months past filing claim. It is a good thing they are leaving the residential market so others dont endure the frustrations we have. Very poor customer service.
