My mower engine search in Google shows that NorthEast Mowers hours on Saturday are from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. I arrived at 11am this past Saturday. There was a yard sign in the grass that's said "open". There was a sign in the doors window that said "now open". I tried to open the door but it was locked. I look inside and it was dark and there were no people. Then I noticed on the left side door, there was a note stating that they are closed on Saturdays until April 2024! So apparently they are only open during the week when most people are working! 2 other people showed up while I was there. They lost out on 3 customers, and surely more...I took my business elsewhere and I will never come back. Bad business model.

I was in the shop on 9/7/23 and it was busy. Shawn had 3 people that needed blades switched out. Chris came and helped him then went back in and started cashing customers out. Another lady (not sure of her name) was writing up repair tickets and helping Chris take payments because the card machine reader wasn't working up front. Also Shawn came from the shop to assist up front. I call this TEAM WORK.

We are sorry that this situation inconvenienced you Larry. For 15 years Northeast Mowers has been open 6 mos on Saturday (during the growing season April thru September) We have always closed on Saturdays during the dormant non growing season October thru March) Honestly we forgot to set it back in google, which is now corrected. We actually try not to burn out our employees working 60 hours a week year round. We do understand the need for convenience as it is hard for us as well to accomplish things like say the doctor or maybe the DMV, because we work too. So we do undertand your situation and I hope you can see ours and try to not give out a one star based on our hours. We would love to earn your business in some way. Give us a call if you like and maybe we can work something out. We could meet you before or after hours during the week if you'd like!
