Bob's Discount Mower Repair

Spoke to Bob on Tuesday about my older Snapper rider, explainer what was possibly needed. Bob said bring it by, so I had to get help to load it in the back of my trucked. Showed up Thursday morning to drop it off. Was told when I showed up with it that they would not work it because the age. He gave no other reason. I told him I had explained it to him on the phone. His response was, " if it's not a newer easy one to work on , they would not do it". Find somewhere else to do business with , not worth the hassle.

My family has been doing business with Bob for years seems in the last year he no longer cares about his customers or his business we bought a $200 how to return it within a day and exchange it for another mower this other mower we have had less than 6 months we have had to take it back at least five times for different when I spoke to Bob and his helper all they wanted to do was blame it on me why the mower was breaking down not that they bought this mower second hand in the first place and just polished it up enough to pass the problem on to me and to help her at the shop told me that the valve needle wears out after years of after speaking to Bob's helper I spoke to Bob said it would be ready on Friday he never called me I called on Saturday twice before they closed never picked up called Monday morning five times never picked up finally had to drive to the business and my mower was sitting there ready to go but they just wanted to keep blaming me why the mower keeps breaking down I said something to him that I'm listening to you but you're not taking any responsibility for this mower breaking down he told me to have a nice day I said I just want my mower I do not no longer want to do business here ever and I said I will be leaving reviews and he mumbled a cuss word at me as he walked away
