Social media is crucial to having an online reputation in this day and age, and a strong social media presence can attract & engage with new and potential patients. Unfortunately I have continued to have issues working with Flossy as a creative. In our agreement, they were supposed to always credit me for using the photos I took on social media, and they have failed to do so on numerous occasions and continue to do so. They say it has to do with how they automatically post on Instagram, but their inability to correct this known mistake shows their lack of integrity or care. Doing so means they are not abiding by the contract we signed. Its extremely frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you are a photographer, do not work with this company. The whole reason I agreed to work with Flossy is that I was told they would credit me and in doing so also help my business. Now they are not following through on their end of the contract.
