I was referred to Patrick and his team for my recent house close in St. Pete. This is not my first home, and this was far from a traditional close that I was used to/expecting, fraught with a lot of complications (on seller side). I wasn't even sure I'd be getting the house at all once issues started popping up. Patrick is not only knowledgeable about the process as a whole, but he really went above and beyond in working on my behalf with the seller side to get this property closed as soon as possible. There were many moments of waiting with zero information and Patrick was patient and able to really give me a good perspective throughout on the situation. It was a very stressful situation and I really applaud Patrick for keeping me hopeful, while being realistic, at the same time. I recently worked with Patrick to secure a home loan (for my first time), and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. We had a 30 day close, which Ive heard is beyond stressful, yet Patrick made it beyond simple to the point where he had to reassure me things were going so smoothly because I couldnt believe it! First and foremost, he was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the mortgage industry. He and his team were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly, and they took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could easily understand.
