Bob Frank Sewer & Drain Cleaning

On ester Saturday, just 4 days before we had our closing selling our house, all our toilets were clogged up. Jamie, Bobs son came to the rescue! Not only did he say he would be out within 3 hours, he also called to say a job got cancelled, he would come quicker. Called again to tell us it would take a little longer, because he had to stop at the shop. Long story short: Jamie was amazing in communication and just as amazing it getting the job done! It took him two hours to clear the pipes and his charge was not overpriced at all. He was heaven sent! We would recommend him to everyone! He definitely knows what he is doing! Wish he was here at our new place.

I called to have a drain unclogged. After they arrived I was told I needed to have my line jetted and it would be $1300. I thought for sure that would take care of the problem. It lasted 2 days and then the line was backed up again. I called them back and was told there was no guarantee. After spending $1300 and being told there is no guarantee was very upsetting. They said it would be $1300 again to come out. I asked to speak to the owner and the price dropped to $800. There was no reasoning with the owner he did not want to warranty the work. I thought for sure he would apologize for his employees and want to make it right. Instead he explained he worked on that job. I could see if it had been months or even weeks later but seriously 2 days. He was absolutely no help and did not care. Usually owners try and make things right for customers. Not this owner. I should have read the reviews first. I called a smaller plumbing company and explain what had happen and the gentleman laughed that he would not at least come out and snake the line for free. He sent a guy out with a snake and unclogged the line for less than $200. It has been almost a month now and no drain issues. Please be careful it with company.
