Hydro-Tech Pressure Washing

After researching roof cleaning companies on the internet for our 6 year old, 4-unit townhouse with cement tile roofs, Hydro-Tech was chosen because of their cleaning method (soft clean) and their 3 year warranty. Their price was fair and they showed up on time when they said they would. The drone photos showed the Before & After images and they were like night and day! We are very satisfied with Hydro-Tech and will recommend them to anyone who has dirty tile roofs that need cleaning.

When I first talked to Jeff about to job and a quote he said he could complete my 3 story house in an hour. I was skeptical but that's ok. The house had some mildew on the north side of the house and salt grime on the west side. On the day we scheduled, he arrived early, I like that. He has quite a trailer full of equipment. He completed the job in about an hour and we had added on the inside porch. After completing, it looked great. And he did the entire 3 story house from the ground. He uses a soft wash. I was concerned that could hurt my Hardie board siding. That was no issue. I am completely satisfied with the job he did. And will use him again in the future.

Pressure treatment was thorough and revealed the original unblemished quality of my driveway and walkways. I would definitely use their services again.
