Michael Thompson, you're Truly Magnificent. Being a first time home buyer, I was told to be weary of real estate agents who are looking to maximize profits at your expense. I feel like other agents I have utilized in the past always gave me bare minimum effort and could never find me a house I specially wanted. Michael took the time, listened to what I wanted and located it in a single afternoon. He got me in under my budget and kept me updated via his personal cell phone during the entire process. I could not thank this man enough for getting me my dream house. If customer service had a face, It should be this man. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Theres something almost magical about searching for your first home purchase. This feeling of finally becoming a grown up, regardless of the fact youve celebrated more than one 29th birthday, is so incredibly satisfying. The first home draws everyone inparents, in-laws all sending you Zillow linksmaking joint accounts with your husband so you can see what the other has likedenvisioning tiny feet running around a perfectly clean home, chasing the family dogyeahpure magic. Turns out those tiny feet are attached to a tiny human, and that human takes up A LOT of space, though. So naturally, my husband and I decided its time to move on, before our now tiny house comes crumbling down around us. And what better time to buy than when housing prices are soaring? Theres not a lot of magic the second time around. Maybe its the knowledge that moving means packing and packing means my husband and I not getting along for a few weeksbut we both struggled to find motivation to get things going. Enter Michael. He became the hero we didnt know we needed. For something that once made me feel like an adult, I required a full on babysitter this time around. I put my full faith and trust in him, and he made magic happen where there was none. When I say this wouldve never happened without his expertise, I truly mean it. He found us the perfect home and then bent over backward to make sure we got itwhich mostly meant continuous reminders to me of the numerous things I kept forgetting to do. If his patience wavered, he never showed it, and I am so beyond grateful for all the work he put into making this happen for us. We may never be fully unpacked, and our house will definitely never be perfectly clean, but at least those tiny feet now have room to run and grow, and we have Michael to thank for that.

If youre in need of a realtor and dont know who to call. Well, look no further people! Michael Thompson is your guy! In a few conversations with Mike he had the ability to quickly identify our needs for our house and make it come to fruition in this crazy market. My wife and I presented him with a tall order in a short amount of time and he delivered in a big way! Mike is well versed and educated in the real estate market. For first time home buyers, he did an amazing job of walking us through the entire process from start to finish, without making it confusing for us. There wasnt one question he wasnt able to either answer or immediately obtain the answer for us. It was truly a dream come true that he was able to find us a home in the exact location we wanted (Wesley chapel) and a house that fit exactly what we needed. The house he found for us is located in a great community with excellent public schools for our son. As a father, this was extremely important to have this foundation for my family. I cannot express how thankful we are for Mike! He works very fast and efficiently, which is what you need if youre trying to secure a home in this market. He has a great personal touch of actually caring for his clients and doesnt make you feel as if you are just another sale.
