        The store was ok but the employees are incompetent todo their jobs correctly. Their employee named Salvado didnt know how to simply exchange an item and wasted so much time until he finally called a manager. Dont really understand why it takes so long to return or exchange an item especially when you have the receipt arent the employees trained to know how todo their jobs? Been to many other locations where they simply scan the return item and put it towards youre purchase. Even someone who doesnt work at Ross knows more about returns then their employee at this location.
