Metro by T-Mobile

I decided last week to switch from 20+ years with Verizon to T-Mobile for my cell service. I will be saving $30+/month. If youre thinking about switching, go to the South Pasadena Metro by T-Mobile office. Both Shaun and Jay were incredibly helpful. They explained all options in detail and with no sales pressure whatsoever. When I chose the option I wanted, they made the transition painless. Im so glad I choose this location and I highly recommend Shaun and Jay!

Shawn is amazing! I've lived in the neighborhood for 20 years. I've been in this metro store many times since they opened years ago. The service and knowledge has been so poor in the past that I frequent the store on Central Ave which is out of the way. Today I why in the store due to convenience. I had a challenging situation porting my landline to my cell. I was doubtful but took a chance with this location. Shawn was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite! Not only did he help me but dude is like an octopus helping 2-4 people all at once! I was very impressed with the service provided not only to myself but to other customers in the store. What a pleasant surprise having a young man with a stellar work ethic. I will return and recommend to my clients. Kudos to Shawn

This place was great...Last Sunday...Shaun took care of everything I needed and hooked me up with a free tablet,all I had to do is pay the first month of service.. best store ever!

Wow this metro has to be by far my favorite metro my favorite store now Sean was awesome he helped me out a lot to choose a phone that best fit me and my budget I hardly do reviews but the people here really know there stuff and on a Sunday no less I walked out with a new tablet and home internet for only around a hundred bucks very impressed 5 stars come check these guys out!!!!
