Our business has had a persistent phone issue for the past year and a half. We've had countless techs from the phone company come by, apply a temporary fix, and head on their way, only for the problem to resurface a few days/weeks later. The issue has been OK for a few months but recently came back with a vengeance. Not only did the Tampa Bay Telephone folks come out for a look at the issue on short notice, they also came back the following day on very short notice to work with the phone company tech on getting the issue resolved the right way! More importantly, they explained what was causing the issue, so I have a high degree of confidence that it won't return, now that I know what was causing it. This is just one experience, but the Tampa Bay Telephone crew were professional, honest, and willing to work with me to actually find the root of the problem, which is something that I've practically begged the phone company to let me give them money to do. Less than $70 later and the problem is fixed. I should've called Tampa Bay Telephone a year and a half ago!
