    I didn't choose Majesty Title - they were chosen for me by the seller. But after dealing with them, I would never chose them, not wish them on anyone. Steer clear. Firstly, I bought a house in Feb. and they were the closing title company in that transaction. Part of their responsibility is to ensure that the property was free of liens, encroachments and other challenges. As part of this, they were supposed to supply me a survey during closing. As it turns out, they did order a survey, and it showed a major deviation in the property lines. Either through incompetance or misconduct, they never presented me the results to approve during closing. Had I known of this, I wouldn't have closed the deal without demanding corrective action. Thanks to a neighbor's tip, Majesty finally did provide a survey. For 2 months, they completely refused to discuss it. The neighboring property had also constructed an illegal addition that encrouched and possible crosses my property line. Majesty says "it's not on the survey so not our fault." When asked about the property line, they said "we don't deal with fence lines and you should be happy that you now have more property." Notice a pattern here? Majesty hired the survey company and was now throwing them under the bus. Meanwhile, they couldn't be bothered to raise a finger and be proactive. Denial and ignore should be their motto. I'm so fortunate I had a neighbor looking out for me, rather than Majesty. Othwise I would have spent the next 20 years paying a mortgage and taxes on land I didn't know about. I emailed the founder of Majesty - Vincent J. Cassidy - and he never replied. Getting response from anyone there was like pulling teeth. This is a company with no leadership and zero care as long as they get their fees. If you are a proffesional agent, broker, or lender who believes in high standards - stay clear of this company.

    I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with Kelli Larson at majesty title. As a title agent, she crossed many boundaries that had nothing to do with her job as the title agent & we felt harassed by her and her demanding emails & the back & forth dialog over the phone that felt very confrontational. Especially since she would email us directly without copying our realtor on any concerns she had with the sale. We are a VERY responsible couple but yet this woman felt the need to pressure us about things that only concerned the Realtors not us. THIS harassment led us to Inconveniently close 3 times on a property that already sold & to add insult to injury I recently tried to apply for portability on my new home & my homestead release documents & deed were not even completed way after the sale due to what the appraisal clerk read in the system that majesty title made errors & was pending. Again, Kelli Larson Has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & I NEVER EVER would recommend ANYONE DEAL WITH HER AGAIN! She does not represent majesty title well via phone nor email. Someone needs to get with her on some retraining on customer service and proper chain of command. She spoke to me like I was the realtor that she was angry with. Thats not a good look for any company that provides a smooth service in stressful times like selling & buying property. If she cant listen to customers then this isnt the field for her. & she has the easy part of the deal. She just made it EXTREMELY COMPLICATED At the home stretch for no apparent reason. We are easy to talk to but yet she made it very difficult for us to talk to her.
