Lincare in South Daytona provided exceptional care and helping me obtain and use my CPAP. From the people who answered the phone to Thomas the respiratory therapist everyone took the time to provide me the information that I needed. A big shout out to Thomas for the skilled one on one time with the mask fitting.

If I could I would give them -0.000000002 Stars! This place is a joke! Guarantee you will have to chase them down and call multiple, multiple times to get any type of equipment. No return phone calls. This is no exaggeration!!! Ive been waiting on a piece of equipment for six months. All they do is give you excuses and never any solutions. Honestly, I have no idea how these people are staying in business. Ive wasted too many hours of my life on these guys and accomplished nothing. I even fired my doctor for referring me to this place. Seriously, thats how bad this experience really has been!

If I could give no stars I would. I had to use them for home oxygen for a short time. They took my credit card info over the phone for a deposit. Well they never filed my insurance, which would have paid. I cancelled after a month or so. I find out today that they have been charging my card for recurring services even as of 4/14/2022 even though it was cancelled in March. I cannot get anyone on the phone no matter how many times I try and how long I stay on hold. This is illegal what they are doing. I've reported to BBB and my Credit Card company

I had a great experience at Lincare. Thomas took very good care of me. He helped me pick out my supplies and showed me how everything worked. I would recommend this location to my friends.

Worse place ever to get equipment!!! First of all they told me my son's wheelchair and potty chair would arrive at my house BUT they sent it to the hospital. Second they sent the wrong wheelchair that we ended up having to make do. They said it was under $9 a month but my bills were over $20. When I tried to call on numerous occasions NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, EVER!!! I've sat on hold for about 10hrs total trying to get a live person, never did. Now they want to send me a bill with a late fee. NOT HAPPENING. If you need to rent medical equipment, DO NOT GO TO LINCARE!!! There are a lot of thrift stores to buy equipment cheap, I wish someone would've told me this sooner.
