We used the services of Sunbelt Title company2369 SE Federal Highway | Stuart, Florida 34994 and if I could do it over, I would use someone else. The agent responsible for ensuring that our closing documents were prepared error free somehow made a property tax error that is now causing unnecessary heartaches. Even though I pointed out to her that the tax information was incorrect, she wouldn't listen. Now, that the exact thing I told her has come out, instead of doing absolutely everything possible to resolve the issue she could had prevented, she said "All we can do now is wait". This is absolutely unacceptable, incomprehensible, irresponsible, and unprofessional. We expect that rather than making us wait, that something is done to resolve this issue.
