I came all the way from another state to see a Dr. here in FL about my eczema relating to the climate here and possible allergies I may have that cause it to flare needless to say I will not be coming back here. Dr. Cruz did not even shake my hand to introduce himself upon coming in. I had so many questions and concerns and the consultation was maybe 20 minutes. He interrupted me multiple times, and acted short on patience. He gave vague and generalized responses to questions and proceeded to send me home with a bunch of papers instead of an individualized treatment plan. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience with Dr. Cruz and his nurse! We brought our 11 month old in for allergy testing to confirm an egg allergy. We were done in one hour! That never happens at doctor's offices. They were thorough and kind, and Dr. Cruz answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend him and this practice!

We met with Dr. Cruz for an allergy visit. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us great advice and we were able to figure out what our daughter was allergic to easily. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with this office.

Office manager was completely rude when came to rescheduling my daughters appointment!!! If youre going to stay in business at least not be rude to your future patients especially being a place of health !!
