Wow! 1.3 rating? I know why. Probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I started out with 4 Mbps and Im now down to 1.5 Mbps. Its been a slow trickle down. I think they were hoping I wouldnt notice. I could get on all my devices at the same time at four but at 1 .5 I keep having to, turn one device off in order to get Internet on another device. And Im still paying the same amount. I am trying now to get another provider but I live outside the city and its hard to find any kind of service. Centurylink is the worst

Terrible customer service. Continue to cancel repair tickets without resolving issues

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I wasnt even able to get services installed and started. I had to reschedule my appointment due to a technician arriving at my home in less than 20 minutes, when I was told he would arrive in 30 minutes. Rescheduled it to today, 12/5/23 and took the day off for the appointment. I was never notified that a technician was at my home. Called customer service and was told thats technician reported being outside but he never came to my door. He left after doing some wiring on my building but not once came to my front door to install my modem. I attempted to wave him down and he still drive away and put in the system that I wasnt home. I called and complained to the supervisor and the only solution that he could give was to reschedule it to a date that was 2 weeks away and give me a $100 credit. I cancelled the account before I could even get started with services. I do not recommend!
