Very unprofessional. Employee put chicken scratch on a piece of paper that says be right back in the store was locked during open hours.

Unprofessional when it comes to online orders. My order was paid for and it was sold to someone else in store. I don't recommend online orders to be purchased at this location.

Incredible GameStop and the gentlemen were very well informed. Discussed deals and items on sale well. GameStop was bigger than most too which was very refreshing after being in packed GameStops

Do not shop at this location. Had employee do a false return on my account on an expensive headset. So now that the headset is no longer working and still under warranty theyve pretty much told me Im SOL. Ive been going through corporate in attempt to rectify but Ive already had to contact corporate multiple times, having to give the exact information repeatedly even though theres a reference number to the issue. I see a BBB complaint in their future. *Update as of January 24th 2024 Its now been over 2 weeks waiting to hear back from the district manager. I repeat do not shop with GameStop unless you want these kinds of headaches, theyre obviously ok with their employees committing fraud. *update 2 as of march 12th 2024 Never ended up being contacted local management. All I can do now is warn the masses to stay away from this joke of a business. You think theyd be worried about their employees committing fraud and stealing. If u have to make any in person purchases I recommend games4less or Walmart. I repeat do not give these thieves your hard earned money
