The arrangement I ordered came out STUNNING! When a rose substitution had to be made, Shane called to discuss his recommendation and even sent a picture so I could see, which was very helpful. I've tried another florist in town a while back and was disappointed by the product for the price, but here, you 100% get a bang for your buck. Definitely worth it! I only wish there was a way to track the order online (like if it's being prepared or currently out for delivery) and a delivery ETA + a call or text/email to let you know when it's going out for delivery - this would be helpful for planning. Alternatively, an option for selecting the desired delivery time when placing the order online would be nice. I'm sure if I called to order instead of ordering online, I could've set something up, though. Other than that, great experience! I would absolutely purchase flowers from here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This was amazing, & very creative! My girlfriend is always working to stick to her diet but this was a cake she could really enjoy! I will definitely be using Lotus again.. Thanks you Lotus Flowers Shop! 🌸

Beautiful arrangements at a fair price, and employees go the extra mile to deliver at your preferred location and times. Got this for my mom and she absolutely loved it.
