Thermostat not working. Then if it does the system is noisy. Floors are sticky. You might get a doggy room.

This place is great! We stay every time we head to South Florida. We usually get a suite as we have two small children. The suite really feels like a one bedroom apartment. Tons of space! Its always clean, and I kid you not, every single staff member I have interacted with has been extremely pleasant. Like above and beyond professional courtesy. It even has amenities that you wouldnt see in a normal hotel, in addition to a pool and workout room, it has a basketball court and a small lake on the property with a boardwalk out to a gazebo in the middle of the lake.
The one downside is there are almost no other establishments around it in the immediate area. This is nice on one hand because it really feels safe and secluded, but kind of a pain if you dont arrive at the hotel with a plan about food. There are plenty of options a few exits west on I 10, so if you plan ahead or use a delivery service you should be fine.
Couldnt recommend this place more!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Would have received a 5 star had there not been an issue with the TVs. The TV in the bedroom is not a smart TV, therefore, forced to watch basic TV. The TV in the living room is a smart TV, however, unable to access any apps, i.e., Netflix, Youtube, etc...It won't allow you to set up a network connection.
On 3/25/24, I made contact with the Front desk. The young lady at the front desk stated, "They're new TVs. They haven't been set up yet, and every time I come up there, I don't know how to do it." instead of saying, let me find someone to better assist you, she replied "I don't know how to do it."
On 3/26/24, I made contact with the Front Desk, it was a different female associate.
I made her aware of the issue, shw proceeds tp say, "Oh, you can't watch apps (Netflix) in hotels. In residential, but not in hotels." WHAT?! I advised her that that's not true and that this isnt my first visit at Staybridge Suites in Tallahassee, FL. That I've never had this issue until now. She too, should have found someone to better assist instead of attempting to insult my intelligence.
UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is what I have to deal with for my 5 day stay. UNSATISFIED!
