Fairfield Inn by Marriott Tallahassee North/I-10

They're undergoing renovation, but it genuinely didn't affect our stay. The management and staff here are top notch, and *if you encounter an issue, they'll fix it with a sense of urgency. Very clean, comfortable, safe, and conveniently located. This is our second time staying here, and we've been very pleased with each visit. Thank you!

Stayed a little over a year ago. Hotel was fine no issues. Beds were comfortable.

This hotel smelled like mildew, and the rooms were old need to be refurbished they smelled. The only thing that saves them from us leaving was that they had mattress pads that went all the way around the bed so we wouldve hadnt spent the night. Breakfast was a very sad compared to all the other Marriott we are titanium elite so we have stayed in at a bunch. Probably the worst Marriott Ive ever stayed at. I cant believe Marriott backs this one honestly

At Fairfield Inn Tallahassee North I-10, Florida, USA. Very bad...very bad...When I showed my service animal in person, with its vest and identification documentation, at that moment they did not warn me that they would charge $75. When I left they gave me a copy of the invoice and that unexpected charge appeared. Upon requesting the supervisor and explaining that we are frequent customers at that same hotel and with our service animal, they refused to withdraw the charge. I asked him to consider that I was not notified when I entered and that I did not expect the hotel to be in such poor condition, under construction in most of the sensitive facilities, food, pool, main hallway, elevator, ice machines, first and second rooms. second floor and next to 205. They do not withdraw the charges. I left there upset and let them know. There was no water to drink, nothing complimentary. Closed bathrooms. The gym is closed and under construction. I have photos of all that. Once at that same hotel, they canceled a confirmed reservation while I was traveling from Miami, alleging that they were oversold and we learned that they resold our reservation to clients who paid more because it was high university season. Terrible service, dust everywhere, inattentive staff taking advantage, stressful environment. Service people with police-type cameras make you feel that the environment is hostile. Very bad, very bad.
