      image I initially gave 5*. However, after my recent experience, I am giving 2*. I've been with acceptance for many years, and customer service was always great. Now, no one answers the phone. One time, I called to add a car to my insurance with no answer, drove to the location (10 min away), and the guy was just sitting there playing on his phone. Insurance isn't reported after reinstatement, almost causing pending license suspension for the drivers on my policy, even while continuing to pay every month. The rates are great, but customer service can be better.
