        Im so grateful for Dr. Reid and staff!!! Not only are they kind, caring, and patient, but they are also dedicated in resolving health issues/crisis. Dr. Reid is the most patient and caring pcp physician that Ive ever met. I trust her knowledge, and she is very thorough. At last, I feel better knowing that Im under her care! Excellent staff, excellent physician, excellent care!

        front desk staff extremely unprofessional. showed up for an appointment and the heard the front desk talking and laughing about why my daughter was there, and saying she needed to go to Urgent care but when I asked them if she needed to go to urgent care they said no. This was extremely embarrassing for her and the fact that the staff was having this conversation with the provider speaks volumes. everyone in the waiting room heard. tacky and unprofessional and ghetto as far as the staff.
