The nurse practitioner I saw took about 5 minutes to disregard all my questions and concerns. This was the worst medical visit I have ever had in 66 years. Her bedside manner was atrocious. Do not see Elizabeth. She is rude and lacks empathy. Sadly, Dr. Doll is retiring. He was the ONLY reason I drove 1 1/2 hours to Tallahassee. I will never go back there.

I literally never been to Tallahassee and had no clue they are on a different time zone. Thought I showed up 30 minutes early but ended up being 30 minutes late. Which would be no problem but I drove 2 hours for the appointment and thought I'd made it there on time. Instead of working with me they tell me I would have to leave and to come back another day. I will never come back. Totally not cool. I hope these people have the same thing happen to them, but instead of them not helping them out, they actually do whatever it takes to help them and let them be reminded that they sent a guy away with blood pressure issues. Just because they didn't want to spare a little extra time on a Friday.

Having to go to a specialist is never a good thing but I cannot tell you how impressed i am with the front office staff at this facility. They were so helpful getting records straightened out on a first visit, giving guidance on labs and i watched them do the same for all patients while there. I called to see if results might be back at a horrible hour of the day, 4:55 they close at 5, so expecting I wouldn't get them OR would be in an end of day mood and not only did they answer they were happy to help, teased about my timing when i apologized! The DR seemed to be a reflection of the front desk as well so far.

Last week was my first visit here with Dr Doll. I just loved him. He sat down with me and my husband and went over everything. Answered all my questions and I believe he figured out the problem and I'm going to actually get my kidney function back that I lost. He cared and it showed. I was so scared, but now, I'm not. Edit; I just had a renal biopsy that showed I have several plaque buildup in my kidney which needs surgery, but Dr Doll is on vacation and no one else will talk to me. I have to wait at least 2 weeks now and am terrified of a stroke or heart attack in the meantime.

On my initial visit I found that the staff and providers are friendly, helpful and very professional.
