I had an appointment today with Gong Chen. He is very thorough and personable. He took his time to find out what was happening to my back and what is causing my pain. I appreciate the time he took with me to help find an answer. He is a very good practitioner. I would highly recommended him.

I highly recommend my Therapist, Ben Madsen. He's very thorough, patient as well as friendly.

The care I received made things worse. The therapist pressured me to do an exercise that had previously made me worse, and the result was that I got even worse, longer lasting issues. Just after that, I was released from care. They also failed to diagnose an issue that was promptly & easily diagnosed by my next provider. On top of all that, billing was a nightmare to deal with, and they were not careful (despite what they said) to ensure that I wouldn't have any visits uncovered by my insurance.

After failed attempts to get good care at the TMH Physiotherapy facility, I was seen by Ben at COSPT who used the allotted time to assess and to do PT. I wish TMH Physio was as thorough and dedicated to getting people back on track post surgery. Thanks Ben!
