I had persistent headaches and went to the best neurologists but could not get any relief. Then just happened to make an appointment with Brandon for back pain. He quickly picked up on my pain in my head and found the problem was really caused by a neck issue and started treatment which relieved my pain. He is a great physical therapist.

When I moved to Florida I was so disappointed that dry needling was not available. In Kentucky it was a saving grace for my sciatica and knotted muscles. Then in June 2021 I read an article that it had been approved. Hallelujah! Soon afterwards I saw a Facebook ad for Body Mechanix and made an appointment with Dr. Brandon. From the very beginning, I knew that I was in good hands. The treatment and exercises really helped me to feel better, sleep better and my whole demeanor was improved. I still get chiropractic care and massage, but the dry needling, stretching and exercises help sustain my well being the longest. Plus, Dr. Brandon is a genuinely nice and caring person. So its a great experience going to him!

Now that I am 60+, I seem to be getting more frequent minor injuries from tweaks of my aging muscles and joints, so Ive sought Dr. Bs help multiple times now for different issues. Every time he insists on conversation first to more fully understand the probable source cause of the pain needing relief. His remedies have always been simple exercises with only natural aids like heat or braces, and all have been extremely effective almost immediately. Just last Monday, I didnt think I would be able to enjoy my favorite dance party of the year coming up that Saturday night, but with one quick visit to Dr. B to discuss and learn some incredibly helpful exercises, I was a dancing machine Saturday and women were cat fighting over dancing with me:) Dr. B, I cant thank you enough for all the great care you have provided me and for keeping me pain-free!!! Dr. Brandon, without a doubt has been the most helpful medical professional that I have ever worked with. The exercises he prescribed for my knee worked, and worked quickly. Thanks Dr. B
