Paid the application fee but never heard any word on the status. No call back and all my calls were forwarded. Went for a viewing of a property that look like crackheads were living in it. police reports were filed. Caution! I really didn't expect or appreciate this from the company.

Originally I applied for a rental but no one would contact me back after it looked like another applicant was approved. I asked for my application fee back but never received a response. I stopped reaching out after several weeks of no response. A month later I was told that I was approved and would get an approval letter but then no one contacted me back. It seems like all games, it might be this specific property but I don't get the feeling that this is too far off of how most people are treated. I'd factor this into your decision making process if you are considering using this company.
