With the real estate market fluctuating daily, I was looking for an agent with the experience and understanding of the market to help sell my house. The Nova Group Realty and Amber Renaud was highly recommended by others in the community that had utilized her services. Amber was highly responsive to my needs and explained the best practices to market and sell my house for the best amount. She handled everything from the impressive home photos, The MLS listing as well as other marketing. She was responsive to my questions. She conducted an open house that impressed buyers and resulted in multiple offers. The house sold after a few days for more than expected. I worked with Amber and she was great! She helped walk us through everything and any concerns I had she made sure they were addressed with the correct party. We were purchasing while living in another state and she kept us informed the entire time while we werent here. We will definitely use her again!

Amber is amazing and I cant recommend her enough!! She helped me purchase my first home and made the entire process feel so easy. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and home buying process, and every lender, inspector, insurance agent, etc. she recommended to me was just as knowledgeable and easy to work with. Amber and her assistant Jason made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what I needed to do every step of the way. At one point we ran into a situation where a listing agent we were working with behaved extremely unprofessionally and borderline unethically, and Amber sprang into action like a mama bear to advocate for me and make sure my interests were protected. I was so impressed with her and her dedication to finding me a home and making sure I was taken care of the whole way through. The entire process was much less stressful knowing Amber always had my back and was keeping everything on track. I also cant say enough about how wonderful her assistant Jason is. He is such a nice guy and his communication and coordination of everything that needed to be done once I was under contract was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a super easy and pleasant experience buying or selling!
