I guess the guy didn't like my address. He strung me along only to tell me to find someone else. Not professional at all.
Update, the guy called about 5 min after my review wanting an explanation. So I told him I needed an appraisal done and I called his office to do that and you told me to go somewhere else. He then threatened me by telling me he was going to tell everyone to not work with me. Seems professional?

Kevin is very personable and knowledgeable, licensed professional with a great deal of experience. I contacted Kevin late Thursday, and he responded quickly, and our appraisal was scheduled for the following Monday! He turned around the appraisal report quickly too! I would happily hire him again!!

I am considering selling my home in the near future. I wanted to know it's worth so went online to research property appraisers. Based on reviews and experience I decided to hire Premier Appraisals LLC. A five star rated company. Kevin Silver , the owner , came to my home and did the appraisal. We found Mr. Silver to be very polite , knowledgeable and professional. We received a very detailed appraisal of the value of our home , 31 pages in length. His 20 + years of experience showed in the details. We would use him again and would recommend his company to others.
