        We ordered food online and when we went to pick it up they could not find it in the system and would not provide a refund even though the transaction went on the card. Not only was it $40 worth of food that we didnt get, the supervisor (over the phone) yelled at us and hung up on us because we asked for a refund if they wouldnt make the food. Being one of the only places I can get any type of gluten free pasta, I was excited to finally be able to get gf mac and cheese. The experience left the employee (who was new and completely overwhelmed) and my friend in tears. Horrible experience. I will never go back.
