        Majd was a huge help yesterday - kind, attentive and did a great job of providing information about my car that I could easily digest. He went above and beyond and that's why I'll continue to be loyal to Auto Zone.

        store looked nice. my experience was very short and not generalizable: i called ahead of time to see if they could pump my tire with air quickly if i drove by and they said they would over the phone. i arrived and asked one of the employees for help but he was not very understanding of my request and instead referred me to purchase an air pumper. i explained to him that i was told they can quickly just pump one tire for me over the phone because the mechanic across the street had their pump broken. disappointed for the poor communication and lack of consistency.
