I arrived at the store this past Friday, 30 minutes before closing time, to transfer my account from Metro to T-Mobile. It was transferring 4 lines, abandoning 1, and adding home internet. I cannot tell you if any of the stores have a business department, or if that has to be done with the store employee as a liaison over the phone to the company's business department. Therefore in addition to Angela, another individual was on the phone assisting with the opening of my new account. The store was running a promotion on certain phones and inevitably the phones I had chosen were sold out. Pursuant to Angela's request, I returned on Monday, much later than expected....still relatively close to closing time, about 30-45 minutes before the doors were to be locked. Although Angela was not there, her colleagues Andrea, Nathalie, and Fernando, jumped in with both feet to set up the 4 phones,and internet service. They definitely all worked together as a team. Each one of them and important cog of the machine. They define the word cooperation and teamwork. I've had a cell phone since they came out, and beepers before that. I can say with complete certainty the employees of this store work together & care more about the customer then their sales numbers, or socializing with their colleagues or on the phone with their friends. It is clearly evident that the customer is the most important part of the business. I cannot recommend this location highly enough I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. Because each and every one of them deserve it.
