I've always been treated respectfully, while I've been attentively listened to when I have concerns which are rare. There are never any issues to contest with the Allstate agency that I have my policy with. I have remained with Allstate Insurance for many, many years and I am so satisfied with them that I just immediately delete any calls from other insurance companies who attempt to sell me their insurance.

this agency had great service until Mike Lapella took over for Maria Ossi. We have never got cooperation from them on our billing issues since then. I don't have the time to track my online billing as we're very busy constantly. I've asked for paper billing statements 3 times, and still get nothing but a policy in the mail with no bill. We track our bills with a vertical file of all bills and the due date. My homeowners has lapsed twice because I get no bill and don't realize it was pass due until it's late, and get a email. I get 200+ emails a week, and don't have time to go through them, and will not open a new account just for Allstate. every other company has no problem sending paper staements, why does Allstate!!!!
