        They do not honor their 60 day contract credits cancelation.I cancelled my membership on February 2 they told me i have 6mths to use the massages. At abt 50 days out they then told me that I have 60 days not six months. Meaning my membership canceled on February 2with voided on April 1. After going home and counting the days thats only 58. I called and spoke to one of the front desk, clerks Miata, who is extremely rude and snarky. She stated thr computer predetermines the date. And there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager she stated ill have her return phone call from Tatiana supposedly the manager. I will continue to post updates when I hear back from her. but to all be worn apparently, this is how massage envy makes the majority of their money. I feel like Ive been scammed by this establishment, and there are many other people that have gone through the exact same issue if you read their reviews, especially on the BBB were i filled an complaint
