The customer service is so bad at this location. The employee looked annoyed and cut me off while Im in the middle of asking a question.

I felt very looked down on when I went in there because I was dressed casual. I tried to make an exchange and the woman said I had to exchange the item for the same thing in a different size/color. Ive never experienced this before. Typically you can return something and get something else and its not an issue. I definitely felt I received different service than everyone else in the store.

I can't say enough good things about the staff! I am heading back to work after pregnancy (read: struggling to dress this unfamiliar body) and the ladies here went above and beyond to find outfits that made me feel confident! I must especially recommend Jackie, the on-site stylist. She was patient, committed, and super chic! So, so thankful for her help!

I love this store ! I want to return and drive there but stuck in traffic. Arrived at 6:08 on Sunday, store closed but the beautiful lady open back up for me. Customers service is 10+ stars. I really appreciate your help , beautiful Lady.
